What you won’t be charged for:
- SAME DAY SERVICE – If your label reaches us by 9AM and does not require major modifications, etc. your label will be processed and at USDA the same day.
- Charged for phone calls to discuss changes to labels being processed.
- Phone calls to notify you of approvals or to discuss those approvals – on expedited labels.
- Faxing back or emailing of approved labels under expedited service
- Resubmittals to address reviewer’s questions.
- Consulting time to discuss modifications that are proposed by us or by USDA although you will be charged for any time spent to correct those changes – for a flat fee. You can provide corrected copies at no additional charge to you.
Services offered:
- Regular service – Labels are reviewed and submitted to USDA within 3 days.
- Flash Expedited service – Standard. Labels are reviewed and submitted to USDA the same day (if received by 10AM and the label does not require major modifications) or within the next business day. NEVER PAY EXTRA FOR SAME DAY SERVICE!!
- Extraordinary Review Service – Tagged product applications submitted on an emergency review basis.
